Thanks for all the congrats. I was just the helper. Mr. Capps chose to skip decent fish in search for a big one. He had the skills to get them to bite, and he put both in the boat. That's like batting 1.000 by hitting two grand slams. Well done. His avg is muuch better than mine this year.

So the guide cast the rod and then hands it to his customer ??? That's not really fishing for it , guess to each their own I was standing on the trolling motor to see where the bed was. Have to drop it in a very specific spot not to get hung up. I'm not going to make a customer stand on the trolling motor. Not the prefered way, but I would rather have the fish than a story about getting hung up near a big fish. He is the one that got her to bite and got her in the boat. No explanation needed, that's just being a great guide, and doing what you had to, to make sure your client was successful. The video speaks for itself, if anybody has a clue about bed fishing and possibly someone who can't pitch or cast exactly where the lure needs to be.

Ya'll didnt go out there in the craziness this weekend did you? You couldn't pay me to try and be out in that mess. Could be the worst lake in Texas for dangerous boaters. The lake is too narrow for all of them.
