Could anyone help direct me or explain how to fillet a boneless piece of meat. I have still not mastered this. Not without wasting 70% of the meat anyway. Th.Thanks in advance!

Not when i do it lol. every time i try it always ends up with bones in it. I don't keep very many fish anyway. But the ones i do take home and clean, i always screw up on the fileting

When you say boneless piece of meat, that usually refers to meat, not fish....
