Somewhere I saw a picture or video on how to put new legs on a spro frog and also how to modify the legs using soft plastics like grubs maybe?instead of skirt strands.Anyone know? Thanks

I have been replacing legs on all different brands of frogs for a while - the medium and fine round rubber comes in tons of colors so you can make up your replacements or design your own new color combos as well.
I don't cut the frogs - on the SPROs as an example - you can simply pull the old legs out - the knot in the middle will just pop out - especially if you pull firmly on the legs to snug down the knot and make it a little smaller.
I use a paperclip bent to fit through the back end of the frog and also a piece of fishing line with a loop in the end.
I start with 9" strips of the round rubber - typically 16-20 strands - pick your color combos and lay them together and tie a simple overhand knot right in the middle. Legs are done!
Once you have it knotted - run the paperclip or wire through the legs and out the other side - pull the loop of line back through and you are ready to lasso the skirt. Feed about 2 inches of the knotted skirt through the loop and pull it until it clears through the legs - pull the skirt material slowly until the knot slips into the frog body and you are done!
Trim to your desires length or angle and off you go - and you can have a one of a kind frog in a few minutes -
This spring I have done the best on a SPRO Killer Gill colors frog with legs that I put in new legs instead of the black, blue and purple it came with - as a matter of fact - I'm on the second set as the first set got a little chewed on.
Hope this long answer helps - easy to do and happy to help anyone that needs a hand...
Good fishing!

Good info. Scott. You should make a YouTube video of yourself changing the legs out, would be helpful to see how it's done.
