Looks like a good way to lose a finger . I always stick 'em to a tree or fence post with a nail or ice pick right between the eyes.

As usual, 50% will actually feel remorse for the pain suffered by living creatures, 50% will laugh and make jokes proclaiming new ways to personally destroy. Yea funny, all in a day's work. Of that 100% there is a number who obviously enjoy the livelihood of fishing, accept the pain/death of fish, and see it as a path to recreation or food. I'd guess the mass are akin to those people who see an injured dog on the side of the road, think for a moment to stop and render aid, but don't, hoping that someone else will make the effort. Mr. TxPacker4 was probably just sharing a related video to the fishing forum, not passing judgment or offering motive. Appreciation friend, with luck all forum brothers will live great, happy, pain free lives and we'll all catch our fill.

I think that as sportsmen we owe the animals we harvest a quick and painless death. Lets turn the tables, have someone skin and disembowel you while still very much alive and feeling pain......see if you change your tune then. As far as crawfish go, if you have the water boiling when you add the crawfish the die almost instantly...
I have spent many hours feeding many different species of fish.........and on occasion land a few.

Why not just leave them alone all together.make all game fish ,sports fish ,beef, Chicken,Deer,everything that has parents off limits for consumption until we can find a way to kill them without hurting them  What a JOKE
