Last week. Caught a handful of bass flipping Berkley Chigger Craws into the shoreline cedar trees. Also caught a 2lb smallie on a crankbait on a rocky point. A couple pound smallmouth hits like a freight train!

I found a folder of old photos (30+) taken at Wheeler Branch on 3/22/2007, right before the lake was flooded (I was thinking ahead, for a change). Depth-finders are getting better every day, but nothing beats a pre-flood photo.
We were finishing up some rotenone treatments of the basin's pooled water (pre-flood), to eradicate any trash fish before the lake's initial stocking of forage and gamefish.
Haven't been back since then, but WB should soon be coming into its prime. Come on October!

Thx for posting. Would love to see more if you have them. I love the Lake and get over as often as possible.
