Had Bill Sonyi senior and Jr and Rebecca. Windy day had to pick our spots out of the wind. Fish were smallish over all. Did finally get into some pretty nice fish. Caught fish on a 20 ft. hump early.got too windy. Went to a 26 ft hump with deep water around. Ended up with 168 . All fish caught on chartuese and white ole uglies and flies in various colors.
The crew hung in there today in spite of the wind. A fun bunch to fish with.

Good seeing ya out there. We found some later that wanted the slab burned off the bottom! Bunch of nice fish in the bunch too. That wind was tough. First time I've ever run the iPilot batteries dead. We quit after that. (6:30)

Sounds like a good day! I know we had a good day. Found a bunch early, left to to find bigger. Looked for a bit on some different spots, without luck. Went back to our first hump on the eastern side and found a good school w/ larger fish. They stayed in one spot for a bout 45 min. Before they started moving around again. After that had to work a bit harder, but still had a decent bite. I would say we caught about 150-200. I only counted the keepers which where a lot less. All caught on silver or chart/white slabs old uglies and chart flies.

What boat where you in?

Believe I seen you guys out on the humps from the point. Caught fish all day. And the wind makes the bite better. Less boats to deal with

Even with the wind, I was surprised by the lack of boats.

They are saving up for the big push this week end. No trips for me this weekend, not worth it,
