Fished white rock today and saw ALOT of snakes. Has anyone ever had a problem with them or do they leave you alone? Is there a way to keep them away from you without spooking fish?

Just don't crowd them, keep one eye on them and you'll be fine.

I was at white rock too, and same for me. Lots of snakes. I hope it's not a problem next weekend.

keep an eye on those scuppers! lots of water moccassin at white rock. sometimes they try to get in boats . they think it is dry land. so how much u selling your yak for robo lol

i've run into a few on foot at the creeks last few months. copperheads. i was moving like harlem shake. i think they are following me everywhere i go. evil. all of them...

but really they have never bothered me in a yak too much. if i see one i will get swivel head. walking thru 2 foot grass is another thing

We saw a bunch on lake Arlington yesterday, I was up by a over hanging bush getting my lure back ( I know bad cast ) and one fell out of the tree, right beside the kayak. I almost pulled a Bill Dance and leaped out the other side of the kayak. Ugh I've got the shakes just thinking about it. Haha

Ugh just walked outside and (censored) I can't freaking escape them. KILL IT WITH FIRE and what is up with its EYE it doesnt even look real...like its staring straight into my soul with its satan rays of death and hate
