Another year for our wonderful TFF White bass tourney has come and gone I would like to thank all you great guys and girls that participated . A big shout out to our sponsors and the Texas Fishing Forum for making this happen. This year we took a little different approach in trying to raise money for the RHSA for the supplement stocking of hybrids on Lake Ray Hubbard . I think we did pretty well in that goal we had a pretty good turn out with 53 entries everything seemed to go really good and smooth.

This is not the exact money raised but we managed to raise a little over $2,500.00 for the RHSA

First Place - Dennis Christian - 7.18 Lb

Second Place - Fast Guy George - 6.82 Lb

Third Place - Brad Poole - 6.78 Lb

Youth Division Winner - C Bowers - 1.46 Lb

Congratulations to all on yet another successful TFF White Bass/family oriented tourney.

Thank you everyone for your participation and making this event a great success! We had a great turn out and everything was perfect! Amen! We ALL AWESOMELY raised exactly $2,680.00 worth of hybrids and we will be hooking up with LTSA and order the fingerlings in the coming weeks. Will keep everyone posted on that.

Thank you John Varner for doing an A+ job organizing and running this event! You did a lot twin brother!

I was pretty busy yesterday but did take a few pics for fellowship year book.

Thanks to Double Dee (David) for taking me, Pastor John, and Plano-Bound Keith! That gotta rank up there as one of my best days of fishing cuz we laugh hard and often because we had a contagious laughing Keith on board! You were right, Frank, about Keith!!!

Here's our boat captN and a hybrid caught by pastor John. We all caught a bunch of fish! The weather was absolutely perfect! Amen!

Thanks to John, SeaPro-Todd, Team Nitro and the others involved in putting on the tournament. You'll are a class act, and your tournament is the one we all enjoy fishing (and hope to win). That's because you promote good, family values and because we enjoy meeting so many who post regularly on TFF - especially all you Hubbard guys.

I too just wanted to say another thank you to all the volunteers, sponsors, and participants. This was my first tournament with the RHSA crew, and a great one! Taylor, Gilbert, and myself had a great morning on the water. Enjoyed seeing some of the other TFF members and meeting some new ones. If anyone knows Tanner (not sure his forum name?) I didnt get to finish the conversation I started with him. It was also great to see BryFly and his daughter out there- sorry we didnt get to chat more, it was a busy morning! Great to hear that we raised over $2500 for RHSA!

Thanks for everyone who contributed both in a small and large way to the tourney yesterday. John Varner did an outstanding job up front but be sure to thank all the others who worked behind the scenes to pull this off. I'll use Fast Guy George's quote that I saw a few years back on the TFF, "Making it look easy, ain't easy" and everyone on the RHSA Board members made it look easy. The sticks on my boat yesterday were a pleasure to fish with. Todd, Pastor John, and Plano Keith kept me laughing all day long while catching fish after fish. If we were in a Gaspergoo tourney or crappie tourney, Pastor John would have won going away. Team Nitro did a heck of a job with the food yesterday and the set up for the after weigh in gathering. Thank you to all the sponsors for their donations and time given. Nice to see David Goodson from Shut Up and Fish at the auction and Mike Oser-Moe's Tackle with his ever present GO Pro camera filming the event. The TFO rod that I was able to get at the auction will come in handy when the new hybrids grow up in a few years. Frank, thank you for a wonderful time at Snuffers Friday night and I enjoyed meeting your family. Be sure to ask Frank about the Shark Car he had access to Friday afternoon. I'm sure he will be posting pics soon. I'm looking forward to next year JV!

WOW Now i see what I have been missing for the last three tourney's. Well this year I thought I was going to miss this one but My good Friend Fishboy Frank got me on a boat with some of the best people I have ever met. I was on Double D's boat with Todd and Pastor John. What a team. It felt like we were a regular team that competed every week. The captain of our vessel ( and owner of one of the sweetest boats I have been on ) David Dodd , put us on the right spot. We caught well over 100 fish. All different kinds too!--LOL--. We just couldn't get the bigger ones but we had a mess of fish to fry up in the end. And we had a fun time. I laughed so much my sides hurt. It was good to see everyone old and new out fishing. Thank you John Varner for putting this event on and thanks to work for letting me make this one --LOL-- every other event I have had to work Tean Nitro did a heck of a job on lunch and i was hungry when we got in. Great job Team Nitro. Congrats top all the winners but I think I was the biggest winner because I GOT TO TAKE PART IN THIS EVENT . David thanks for a great outing and Todd always good to fish with you. AND!! It was really great to meet you finally Pastor John.
