Wild Bill is selling me a new Xtreme Yukon 18. It will be many weeks away as they build it. I finally found a compromise. First of all, it has a windshield and dual console. (wife) No carpet. (me) Can pull a tube or skier. (wife) Very stable in the weather (me) 102" beam (me) 1/8th inch high grade aluminum(me) Yamaha 115 outboard (me) Split seating with pads up front (wife) Good size live and bait well (me) CAN BE HOSED OUT, YIPPEE! Hahahah And you guys thought I couldn't come up with a compromise. Besides that, I am already working on a removable casting deck for the front, with a seat mount. That way I can snap out the seat cushions and have the whole front. http://www.xpressboats.com/view/deep-vI am buying a silver Yukon 18, no carpet model on the right.

I really want to get out on Texoma and Tawakoni. I love my bass tracker. Lots of time put into that. But that water is too big. I am hoping to feel a lot safer. This is a long term investment for me. In vacations, fish, friends, etc.

Congrats Coop!! Sounds like an awesome boat. I don't think I could sleep while waiting for the boat to be built.
