 .115 hp mariner charging problems

I have a 115 hp Mariner that I can't get to charge I have replaced the stator and rectifier but it still only gets 12.6 volts to the battery....HELP!!!!

is that at idle or running
marine mechanic at lake tyler if you need any work done

It's at idle. I speeded it up but only got 12.6 volts
|

If a old 115 all it will do is Maintain battery

12.6 is batt voltage only it should be 13.5 to 14.5 or so you might have a wiring problem
