I have heard there is a week long shark fishing tournament at big shell. I've heard it called sharkfest and sharkathon. I am interested in going down there to prefish and have heard that you have to have a 4x4 can anyone please help me with some info on this cause I need to schedule off for work and all that good stuff!!

The dates for Sharkathon 2013 are October 25-27th 2013.
Registration for the 2013 event will begin in late July or early August.
