I was fishing on Texoma on Saturday. Birds were working but it was really windy. I was trying to tie on a bait for my wife to use and the wind pushed my boat into very shallow water. I was not familiar with that part of Lake Texoma. I tried to back out i could not. I turned and went forward and used the power of my motor to get away from shore. I caught a line of a on shore fisherman. I'm very sorry it was not intentional. I will replace the cost of the line or buy you new line. I tried to find a place where i could come and talk about the issue but it was really shallow and really windy. Again sorry about this. Please contact me on how i can make this right.
