Bought the Ipilot for my Minn Kota V2, though we followed the instructions but just can't get it to work. Anyone around Rowlett have any advice? Or just take it to Bass Pro and have them install it? Not a wiring Guru by any means here... Any help greatly appreciated.
Todd

A few more specifics would help. Is it getting power at all? What kind of wiring did you use? Breaker? Just saying its not working is a pretty broad statement. Im sure we can figure this out without having to send you in for a trip to BPS. Im not exactly an electrician either, but was able to get mine installed in a couple hours.

Are you installing on an existing V2?

It won't power or move, it beeped 4 times on the auto sync, besides that it seems dead, I checked the fuse and it seemed fine.

Did you activate the remote to the unit?

If it beeped, it has power. Check to make sure the rest of your connections are correct.

Do you have the Ipilot control cable connected to the co-pilot or the foot pedal plug in?

I am referencing the power plug where it connects to your bow/plug.. unplug that one and plug it back in to reset power. the foot control needs to be completely removed from the equation. I leave mine in my boat for situations when the battery remote goes dead on my clicker thingy.
