 Galveston Wade Fishing Tomorrow

I'm planning on going down to Galveston tomorrow to soak in saltwater. I don't fish saltwater much so I'm trying to find decent spots on the island. Anyone know of a good spot where I can park my car and wade out? I've heard 8 mile road is good but after looking at google maps seems like it could be difficult to park. Thanks

Let us know where you ended up and the color of the water. I like the tides this week and plan to go Wednesday if it looks as if I will have green water.

We are on Jamaica beach. Hasn't been a lot of anything this weekend. Water has been stained and difficult to fish. Supposed to get better starting tomorrow.

When I go to Galveston I like to fish Rollover Pass. plenty of other good spots though. Make sure to report back!
