 Humminbird Need little help here.

Ok just purchased a new humminbird 898. Now I am trying to add personalized information to it. When I click save it pops up error - information is write protected.
I have checked the write protected slide on the card it is in the right position even switched the slide tried again same results. So I head off to the store bought two new cards all with same results. Very frustrating. Any info would be helpful.

Ok thanks, i got it tried different computer and it worked.
