I love the MLF format it truly tests the anglers skills and knowledge. Fun to watch and those awful (sarcasm) 18 foot Nitros with 150's on them just shows that you don't need a 20'+ bassboat to compete. My favorite tournament circuit.

Y'all sound like the opinionated bunch I need. Disregarding the funding difference and big name anglers, how would you say, in terms of show presentation, that collegiate match fishing rannks on 1-10 scale, 10 being major league fishing, 1 being a random Canadian fishing show that only has 10 minutes of fishing on WFN.

It blows me away that if the fish are not hitting a fast moving bait KVD is out of it. If he was a kid growing up today his parents would have put him on Ridilin! And how bad he bennt polled people on this series.. Alton was having to try and trick him from fishing around him. Love the comment "#1 and 2 are right there, so fish in the middle of them" LOLOLOL This series shows a different light to some of the anglers, has changed my opinion of some of them.

Ish is a great fisherman BUT he distracts from it with his bragging and vulgarity's although he has calmed it down a little since the DQ at Toledo Bend. It tickled me how he went from hero to zero real quick and his antics changed.
If he would just stick to fishing, he would be hard to beat...!

I was really impressed by bobby lane throwing his rod in the water because he didnt make the cut. I thought he was a better sport than that.
