I would like to splatter print the floor of my boat to take the glare out any ideals on what would stay down and not scoff off or peal off over time has any one done this

all paint will wear over time, if its fiberglass and you just want the glare off go get some 1000 grit sandpaper and buff it off, you can polish it out later if you decide you want it shiny again.

So When it's done at the factory Do they mix it with the Gelcoat When you look at the ones that have The splatter in them it looks more like a flat finish

yeah factory would be sprayed before the gelcoat, then gel over it.
remember they build boats from the outside in.

The process you are referring to is called "Gelcoat webbing". It is fairly simple to do, my shop does it for many of our deck replacements. You can PM for help on doing it yourself or getting one of my guys to look at it if your near Houston.

Ya now I think I need to put a color base coat down 1st then the webbing color or 2 on top of that
