There will not be a lure pot but will be some great prizes raffled off at the weigh in.
As far as the rules you can have the mouth open on the measuring board. Please have all memory cards cleared before the tournament. so are you saying this rule from the website about 2" deduction for open mouth is no longer valid? MOUTH CLOSED, TAIL NOT PINCHED OR CURLED, like on KBF. Open mouths or pinched and curved tails will receive two inch deductions... Here's an example of how I might score a fish... Yes I believe that's what Robbie is saying. It is easier on the anglers and gets the fish back in the water faster. Good decision in my opinion.

Rob & Robbie do an awesome job with these. The raffle prizes are awesome and worth the price by itself.
Everyone come out and support these. It is a great time. There really isn't a reason not to fish.

Unfortunately, Mother's Day weekend makes this one a "no-go" for me, but good luck to everyone fishing tomorrow!! Look forward to seeing reports of some big stringers.
This might be the weirdest, most pointless post ever.  I am not against golf, since I cannot but suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering fishing

Come on Terry! Bring the wife with you and she can hang with Gail. I'm going to be teaching my girl how to kayak fish while you guys are fishing the tournament. If she get tired then maybe I'll leave her on the bank to get a tan or something.

The paddling and occasional dropping of a line would sound appealing to Margie ... the "and to make sure we get to celebrate YOUR weekend fully, we can start at 5:00am" ... probably not so much!! LOL And I'm just not sure about my 85 year young MIL who is visiting. But ... I'll be there in spirit!

Me and my buddy are going to be out there in our yaks! Just not fishing the tourney because we can't afford it. We will be chasing Sandies, Hybrids, crappie, bass. Basically whatever we can catch. Maybe we will see some of yall out there!

I finished 3rd with 40..." My big fish went 7.1lbs It was great hanging out with everyone today as always! Looking forward to seeing you guys at Grapevine.
