Has anyone ever fished lake Crook? My wife’s family reunion is in Paris and I was trying to decide if it was worth pulling the boat up there. Thanks for any info Thomas

It don't matter... It's your wife's family reunion... A bad day on water would be better then being around the wife's family!

Just go to Mayse. Right down the road. Stop off at Brannon's and talk to the girls they will point you in a good direction. When is the reunion? My family reunion is this sat. Don't know if ill get to fish or not but will probably take the boat nonetheless.

A second vote for Pat Mayes and for Brannon's (great tackle store). The little resturant next door to Brannon's (don't know the name) is really good and reasonable.

I live in the area and as stated above, skip Lake Crook, stop in at Brannons, eat at Boarderline and fish Pat Mayse.

Good Luck!

+1 Lake Crook is a mud hole. Brannans is awesome!

Might try Raymond Gary also. A few miles north east of Pat Mayse. Friend of mine caught 50 there this week!

Raymond Gary is in Oklahoma at Fort Towson. It is a no wake lake, if you crank the big motor, keep it at an idle.
