Does anyone know if I can access the paloma creek/gammon rd boat ramp right now? Tried to get there in feb. and they had a locked gate blocking the road. Just wondering if it was closed for winter, or low water, or whatever else. I hope to launch some kayaks there, so I'm not worried about the ramp being functional, just hoping someone knows when the gates are open. Looks like some good fishing spots up there. Thanks for any help!

They are still locked. I think this is permanent. Too many other activities other than fishing was going on back there.

From what I understand, the Town of Little Elm is ging to build a park there. They have already pushed around a lot of trees. The gate was open last weekend, but it appeared to have been opened "unofficially". Most folks are putting in under the bridge on 380 by Paloma Creek.

God and soldiers, we adore
In times of danger, not before
With the danger safely righted
God is forgotten, and soldiers slighted
