Never fished it. Paddled a small piece of it about ten years ago. Figure on putting my yak in at the lake lewisville dam and just seeing what happens. Any tips or pointers welcome. I'm using fresh cut and live shad and perch for bait.

Well I didn't get there. We were chasing bait and my buddy got a call from his wife to do an emergency home repair. So I ended up going under 423 out to th lake a bit. Three cats...nothing worth writing home about.
