I was out there Saturday braving the wind fishing by the dam. Channels are easily caught along the rip rap fished from 4 ft with a slip cork. I was mainly targeting blues, but couldn't get on them/lost alot of terminal tackle to the rip rap. I did end up with a 14 pounder though (biggest cat I've ever caught). Still new to the catfish game. Ended the day with a dozen channels and two blues. Pics to come after I upload them to photobucket.

cut perch. with the spawn going on, I think they'd eat just about any standard catfish bait.
