Plano marine has them for $16!
15. Signature images may not be larger than 600 pixels wide by 125 pixels tall. This includes logos, photos and other graphics. Also, no more than one row of images are allowed. If you want four or five logos in your signature, reduce their size to fit in one row. psalms 91:1-16

Go to ebay. Query Nitro prop gas strut. I bought 2 with freight for $23.00. They take offers. Try $5-8 below their stated price. You'll need to know what extended length you need and what force. My Triton uses 12" -30lb and went to 35 lb for a bit more power. Let me know if you ave any questions. I'll go back if I need more. Worked great.

I got mine from Ranger cheaper than I could get them from the parts store. If you get them from the parts store be sure they are the same strength. Most of those are hood and deck lid shocks.

You can get them from the Basscat.com. Go to parts, make sure you verify which one you need they make different lengths and different strengths. They come in 30, 40 and 70 lbs. Big compartment will require the 70 lb. It will be marked on the side of the shock.

Pop them off, take em to any good auto store and match em at the store. Really is that simple!

Thanks guys! I went down to autozone and they had exactly what I needed. Gotta love the forum for all the questions it answers!
