A-Rig.......Its not out to what media thinks it is, Oh it has five swimbaits, come on catching 5 bass at one time. Thats about the same ODDS as winning the Lotto. It doesnt catch them everytime you use by no means. It has its time and place just like anything else does.
Culling 5 bass at one time....I bet I could have them culled faster then you think I could on my cul-m-rite, so culling wouldnt be an issue.
As to Media... to many divisions and the payout is terrible
APT is going to be the new upcoming trail that is going to take off with the metroplex...First year and already outstanding turn outs and pay outs.

Those are not going to make the team on a 20 lb sack. Looked like he didn't have a problem culling.

Thin skinned aren't we. Sorry if I offended you. Thanks for the video. I still maintain very few anglers catch more than one at a time. BTW, I don't or never will fish Media after reading this thread!

Bowlers only use one ball, should they be allowed more? Terrible analogy. Bowlers use more than one ball in tournaments. Sometimes two or three as the lane changes. Haven't watched bowling for years but just guessing they don't use three at the same time

Chris , I'm pretty sure Gordon meant one bowling ball at a time.......but I could be wrong. I should add though that after enough beers , I have tried to bowl using a bowling ball in each hand.....I was soon after asked to leave. I was not in a tournament though. O dear sweet lord please let there be pictures of this somewhere please.

I can see how mixing religion and gambling makes perfect sense. Gambling - the activity or practice of playing at a game of chance for money or other stakes. Fishing tournaments is no more gambling than professional golf, tennis, or any other sport in which winning is based on performance. If we all paid our money, then the "director" drew the winners out of a hat...that would be a game of chance. THAT would be gambling.

Media Lost A lot of Anglers whaen they started making fly off the handle decisions, such as banning Hydrowave and Arig......
Yes I know they reversed thereself on both issues, but it was that kind of kneejerk reaction that has cost them participation. is using a Hydrowave illegal in Media Bass?

Can you show me any promotional video for the A-Rig that does not tout multiple catches? Lures with treble hooks may catch more than one fish, but it is not intended to, just to ensure catching the one that bites. The A-Rig is intended with five lures with hooks in them to catch multiple bass. This can pose a problem with culling as I stated earlier. Not to mention the five bass in a live-well rule (credible tournaments all have this rule) Bowlers only use one ball, should they be allowed more? With your logic, then we should take some side cutters and cut all our treble hooks down to one hook. Because we wouldn't want to catch more than one fish on our treble hooks baits now would we? It doesn't cause a problem with culling unless the person is a dummy. Well we all know who the rookie on the thread is. Fastlane doesn't understand the difference between an a rig and a crankbait
