I have a couple of the BPS Elite ultra light spinning combos. Also have a couple of Quantam XtraLite's with the Pinnacle ul spinning reels.

While fishing for Sunfish I most of the time use the Shakespeare Ugly Stick Combo. It simply works great and I have caught a ton of fish on em.

I'm playing with several reels and the one in first place is the Pflueger President 6925. I think the President is THE best bang for the buck (I like it better than my Stradics) and the 6925 size seems to be just right. Not too big but big enough to cast great.
On rods I have easily narrowed my choice to one and ONLY one. BPS Micro Lite 6' Lite action/fast It's my choice because this particular action is the only one that comes in 6' as a one piece.
I think this combo offers an extremely high dollar feel and performance at a moderate price.

For the Sunfish I use the Berkley Cherry Wood HD Rob. For the reel I have a Shomano Sienna SN1000 Spinning reel. I bought both of em from Acadamey two years ago. Great Rig and it gets the job done.

For most of my fishing, including catching some nice 26" hybrids, I use my little UL Fenwick HMG rod, 4-6# test line, and the biggest jig I use on it...1/8 ounce...most of the time it's 1/16th ounce or smaller, all the way down to the 1/124th ounce hand tied jigs, and when I go that small I use the little micro Stealth bobber by Thill...anything more than 1/80th oz jig will sink it...talking about super sensitive!...the reel is a Quantum Pti-10...LOVE the reel, but the anti-reverse doesn't function now... When I need a longer reach for vertical jiggin' I use my 7' UL Quantum rod with a BPS TinyLite supreme(not made anymore) with 4-6# test...and the same jigs...
Fly tier (yeah, I can fly fish...but the fish don't like frothy water!)

I have like 10, but my favorite two are:
6' Falcon ultra light spinning rod with a Shimano Saharra 500 spinning reel. Super smooth reel, awesome rod with some back bone for bigger fish (including a 6.5 lb blue cat recently caught)and casts like a dream. Love the sensativity of the rod too.
9' two piece 3wt All Star fly rod, cant remember the fly reel, but it's a blast even though I suck at fly fishing.

I am currently using a quantum optic 20 spinning reel $19.99 and a tournament choice 7' medium spinning rod $9.99 from Academy rigged with power pro 10lb braid with 6lb mono leader.

I use 4 combos both for Bass and Gills-
6ft. St Croix medium Rod with an Okuma Avenger reel with 14LB Berkley XL Smooth. (Boat Rod to expensive to mess up!)
6ft. Zebco 33 Spinning Combo with Cajun Line (Great everywhere rod.)
6ft. Academy Tourney Choice Rod and Shakespeare Excursion Reel (Old Faithful) Had it for like 6 years and it has stood the test of time!
6ft. Okuma Boundary Combo with 8lb Berkely XL Smooth

I have more fulltime bream rods and parttime bream rods than I can try to write down in one sitting. Here's a few of my favs:
My ultimate fav is almost a carbon copy of Pop's setup: 6' one-piece L BPS Microlite Graphite rod. I love this rod so much that I currently have at least 2. My wife occasionally fishes with it, but I normally break out the second one when introducing anglers to UL and bream fishing, or to one-piece graphite rods. I've had so many anglers try this rod and go straight to BPS to pick up one of their own, BPS should be giving me commision. I have multiple models from this series. They are all great rods, but the one above is the best of the lot IMHO. I currently have one paired with a Pflueger President XT and the other with a Trion. Both size 25s. The Pfluegers are the best UL to M sized spinning reels that I have laid my hands on up to the time of this post. The 6900 Presidents are even better than the previous generation and will probably be my next reels if these ever give out. Great reel and braid ready for that price? Can't beat it!
Another one of my favorites is my 6'2" one-piece L Ugly Stik Lite paired with a Trion. I can take this rod thru the really thick nasty brush and not having to worry about the tip breaking off or anything. As much as I like graphite rods, the good ones can be a bit delicate and we all know that Ugly Stiks are tough as nails. Though not as sensitive, they get the job done and are often the rod I reach for when going to a new spot, any place that I know I'll be in tight quarters, when I only have room for one rig or when I know I'll have to go through some gnarly cover. I've owned 2 of these rods and the first one I gave to my dad to fish on some of his hunting leases because he liked it so much.
My 6'6" one-piece UL St. Croix Triumph is a great rod that I normally use from the boat either casting around brush and weedbeds or pitching and flipping tight to cover or in holes. It's got more backbone than any UL I have ever fished with. I have a 7' L St. Croix that is better suited for the flipping and pitching but the 6'6" can do it all with minimal changes. Paired with a 6700 gen President. Looking at getting one of the new St. Croix Panfish models when I get back to the states. Probably in the winter (looking to get it on sale in the off season, no off season in TX, but heard they do seasonal sales for that type of stuff in CO.). Heard rave reviews about it.
My last one I'll mention is a 7'6" two-piece ML Shimano Compre rod paired with a 30 size President XT. This rod does double duty as my wading bass rod and my float n fly bream rod. The extra lenght allows for long cast and extra leverage to set the hook on long cast, especially when fishing a float. It has enough backbone to horse a 6lb+ bass out of nasty cover, but also light enough in the tip to feel light bream bites and thoroughly enjoy even the small bream fights.
I also have a of Academy's Tournament Choice rod or two that are ok. Have a few Quantum Xtralites that are a great bang for the buck rods. Especially the ones from a few years back. If you don't want to pull the trigger on the $40-$50 BPS Microlite Graphites, the $20-$30 on the Xtralites (or QX series is what I think they are now) is the next best thing.
Those are the ones that pop in my mind right now. Might post back with a few others.

I go with a 3 piece(7'9") 2wt TFO Professional II fly rod paired with a Lamson Konic (1.5 or 2) reel. I uplined it with a 3wt line and use 2-8# test leaders. Works wonders on small creeks.

Love those flyrods JoeB and Mhawk. Going to have to give them a try one day.
Steven168, what kind of rods do you have with the Pinnacle Deadbolts?
