I'm planning on going to lake lewisville for the first time to bass fish in a couple weeks. Any tips about how the lake fishes would be appreciated.

plenty of fish still shallow as well as a good population starting to suspend under slips as well. I would fish some slips, and main walkways. 35 bridge is also good. Lots of hardwoods holding fish as well. Private boat houses are key, and don't forget to fish boat ramps.

If you are looking for a Pontoon boat to take out GT Rentals has a fishing pontoon with a live well. www.GTBoatRentals.com Just in case you don't already have a boat to take out. Took the pontoon out last weekend and had some really great luck out there on the water!
