I have caught good sized bass on 1/64oz jigs and 6" swimbaits. I went to SportsAuthority to see how their fishin selection was, and found out their fishin' section is all 50%+ off.

I went straight to the saltwater section and found the biggest lure they had.
I got this bad boy for $9 (originally $24) and an assortment of other big lures, and an oldschool topwater that I think will produce!

Whatchyal think about this?

I think it's fishy!

My arm hurts just thinking about throwing and reeling that thing in. Maybe you can troll it.

Looks great but change the hooks in case you break off a fish. Fresh water hooks will eventually rust out unlike the salt water hooks.

Spend some time at th gym, I don't know if it would be worse heaving it out or pulling it back in.

According to the guy I was talkin to, forever until they run out. I don't know if it is just that location (288 in Denton) or all locations..

Good deal though!

It's 11" and weighs 6oz, I know it'll be a hassle casting out, but if it's anything like a cast net, cast out 5 times then relax or throw something much smaller..plastic worm, then back to it.

I am pumped!! Only thing is I wont be able to use it for a while..

I feel bad for the rod tackling the first big striper you catch on that thing, lol.
