88 suzkui 115 t/t stop working. I can hear it '' Click '' inside the motor when i hit the switch. It has stop and started a few times this weekend when getting ready to go fishing.Started to let it down and it went about half way and stoped.Could it be fluid ? if so can you check with it at half way.Just got the boat a few month's ago and not sure what to do. Thanks for any help.

Sounds like low battery.

Mine was acting similar and took it to Blake's boats and had a cracked 0-ring and some seals were busted. $175 later, it works brand new!

Here is were i am at :

1.Added TT fluid -- Still no better
2.Checked all connections --- nope
3.Checked battery --- not that
The TT will run slower and slower then stop -- let it sit for a hour and it will work again.
I was stand there cussing the boat with a piece of wood in my hand and slaped the motor -- it started WORKING then stoped after 3 or 4 good hit it is still working-- Guess the motor is going out ??

If you have a multimeter, check the voltage going to each lead when the button is pressed. If one is low or there is no voltage, trace it back to the relay. Does it work fine in any direction?

With the smack test there is definitely sounds like it may be going bad.
