Lost my lower on Fork yesterday. Did not hit anything on that trip but have on past trips. Anyway I need suggestions on where to take it in the Dallas area. A quick turn around is needed because I have tournaments next weekend that are looking forward to my donation. Thanks for the offer to the guide that had two clients to tow us in. Trolling motor held up and we fished our way back to the ramp. Motor is a 2004 Yamaha V-Max 225. I have a buddy that will loan me his boat if mine can not get ready in time but I am hoping to get mine done quick.

Calling them first thing Monday. They do all the service work on my boat. Just trying to get some back up plans in case they can not get to it.

Had mine done in Texarkana. It was 300 out of pocket after insurance.

For some reason, they said there was a shortage on hpdi lower units.

I changed all of the filters while it was down and it's back running better than ever.

just curious, why $300 after insurance? Did they not cover everything after your deductible?

I had a 500 dollar deductible. He also worked up getting my prop worked.

It cost me right around 300 out of pocket.

You can buy a new one from stern drive.com and put it on yourself. I did two years ago and it works great.

There is a motor shop in the Cedar Creek area that might be able to help. Can't think of the name.
