For those familiar with waters off PGBT can anyone tell me if Sam Houston Trail Park waters are legal to fish? Thinking of trying em on Sat.

I fished Jefferson Park this around 12 during my lunch break today and caught 7 bass. Majority were on 1/8 oz spinnerbait with bluegill skirt and the others were on 2" black/chart baby shad. I thought it was going to be tough from the front that went through but the wind was blowing strong from the north and I think it keep the fish up shallow and feeding.

Have fished LC for years have never heard of Jefferson park

It's on MacArthur just south of 114 across from McDonald's Rudy

I went out to LC yesterday afternoon and just couldnt seem to find the crappie. only caught one. althoughwe did catch 12 bass with one being just over 3.5 lbs. We also caught 3 and 6 lb flathead catfish which we were not expecting lol. couldnt get the crappie but still not a bad day

I caught on crappie about 13 inches week before last and a 3lbs channel cat just messing around for a hour or so...

Use mostly live minnows, Caught a few on jigs and a grub seems to work ok.
