Ok I got a problem here guys, I sold a good amount of gear to purchase a new rod and now I'm in a pickle. I have enough to purchase a Duckett. "The rod, guides, good reviews made me have 2nd thoughts" but was really saving for a Micro Cara from Falcon. What would you do if you were in my shoes!? Should I save or spend??? Need a few answers before I go blow all my money at Cabela's. Thanks!

I've fished both alot. If you want one that will last, get the Cara. I love the ducketts but I've broke three in 1 1/2 years there just not built the best. Falcon cara's are very good rids

Duckett's have a 20 year warranty, you might consider that in your purchase, i have one and really like it, i plan on getting some more. Have not tried the Falcon but heard good things about them.

I actually have 3 Falcons and love them! But seeing other anglers that fish with Duckett makes you want to try them out. So I might just go with the Cara.

Ive been using Ducketts for the past year. I have not had any problems with mine. They are very sensitive and light. I don't think you can go wrong with either though!

There is no way I'd choose a Duckett over a Falcon Cara.

I sold all of my Cara's on the TFF a little over a year ago to purchase all Duckett's and haven't looked back. The only rod I miss is the Cara AOY.

The Cara micro's are awesome and so are the Boocu's. Been fishing them since they started making them and there are none better. I know guys who fish the Ducketts and they like them. Both are good rods but the Cara Micro is a great rod.
