I have mostly used braid for all my fishing. recently, i purchased some bps fluorocarbon because I wanted to use some cranks. i don't know why but every cast i make i end up getting a backlash! i mean i can cast braid and mono with ease but fluoro is my enemy! can anyone help with what i might be doing wrong.
Thanks in advance.

Flouro seems stiffer to me. It just takes a little while to get used to. I prefer the Seaguir Invisix. I think it works better for crankbaits as well as Tx. rigging.

My line size is 15. A smaller line size helps castability?

Seaguar Invisix. Hated it at first but now won't use anything else. Definitely worth the extra money.

Segura invizx kvd line and lure if you need it. I use it straight out of the box.

BPS fluorocarbon line gets memory real bad get some KVD line treatment and spray before you go out fishing and it will help a lot. I use the BPS because it holds up well and performs well

15 is heavy for cranking in most applications. I use 10-12. And yes, the lighter line casts better.

How about braid with a 12# flourocarbon leader? Would that work for crankbaits?
