When do you guys thinks the cats will be in the rocks doing the spawn and such? trying to decide when to head out and bank em. i don't have a boat.

let the water temp get up to around 75 or so for a week or so.

been catching chaneels off of 66 rocks while fishing for crappie last cpl of weeks and thats on jigs within a few feet of the waters edge
