Looking to see if anyone has had any luck on Richland Chambers with the catfish. I am heading that way Saturday after lunch and plan to run lines and rod n reel on the chambers side. Plan on fishing till Tuesday . Any help would be great.

I have been fishing the Chambers end for a few weeks now. Have had best luck in about 2 ft. of water. Problem has been the wind and being able to get where you want to be. Shad have been off and on at the 2859 Bridge on the east side. I have only fished from 2859 bridge North. Have not tried South of there. I think they have been finding shad over at Oak Cove and around 287 Bridge as well. Havent been catching any really large fish and everyone I have talked to hasnt either, all just good keepers.....good luck.

Tried this morning. Had a good one for the bank and broke off. Wid got to be pretty bad. Did manage to net some shad at 2859 boat ramp. Don't forget to give an update. Next weekend I'm taking the yak out on RC if anyone wants to join.

4/21-4/23 we caught 55 blues nothing bigger than 6 or 7 lbs. On trot lines
