i normally fish squarebills and mainly stay up in the shallow but since lake waco's water is so low most fish are off the cover and spawned out in the 8 to 15 ft range what cranks would be good to get down in this area... i figure some that dives 10 to 12 ft would be good but between the academy and strike kings at academy they are hard find good colors much less i have to tune them everytime out of the box so i was wonderin if yall would suggest some good ones i might not heard of. another thing is that most of the time what the box reads the target area is i feel like it never truely get down that far. i throw these on a 7ft med with 12lb flouro. thanks for any help. also the only other cb companies academy carries is bomber and norman and rapala and i havent used most of these.

Try the new 6th Sense Crush 250 MD. You can get one at the eBay store. If need to dive a little deeper try the 300DD.

The DLN by Norman is a good one for that range, so is the Rapala DT10 or DT14. Bomber also has some that get to that medium range pretty easily. Some of the better ones are hand crafted baits, like the Stanfored Cedar Shads the Middle Razor woulb be a good one to look at, if money is of no issue. Hope this helps.

Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Bomber 5a or 6a or the Bomber Fat Free BD5 or BD6. You don't need very many colors. Either Tenn Shad or Sexy Shad and some type of chartreuse like Blk/Char, Blue/Char or Citrus Shad.
