I will provide an 18' shallow sport and my knowledge of fishing the local area. I fish artificals only either drifting or wading. I plan on getting on the water between 3:00 and 4:00 and fishing until dark or maybe after dark.

You provide a vehicle to get the boat to the ramp.

My truck is broke and my regular fishing partner won't be down until late Friday night. So if you want to fish Friday evening, hit me up.

The perception is seadrift is a long way...it's not. And this will mess you up, it's quicker to seadrift from Dallas than it is to Galveston. "not possible" it is, jump on 77 out of waco, and you're there.

I was working in DFW a few months ago, and was meeting the gravy maker and spawn at the fish camp, I was expecting a lot longer trip than it was. I guess we should learn to read maps better because your brain wants to tell you Galveston would be the closest spot, but it's at least an hour further.
