Send it to PO Box 177 Demoplis AL 36732 with a 15 dollar money order and a return address and they will replace it. I have done it 3 times!!!!! Good rods but they will break!

craigfish Outdoorsman C Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 240 West Tx.	I never submitted a warranty card. Ordered mine from Tackle Warehouse. Broke one on a hook set and one swinging a fish to the boat. Called customer service and told the lady what happened. Cut off the piece of rod and shipped it with the $15.00 money order like she instructed, and they shipped me a new one both times. No problems. They will take care of you.
