Bought a duckett from bass pro 2 years ago, broke it on a fish this past weekend.

I don't have a receipt, how do I get a new one ?

I think it will be on my reward card

Good luck with bps. They prob want u to buy their protection plan to replace. I would contact duckett.

Duckett has an awesome warrenty program. $50.00 bucks and a new stick, super fast when going directly thru them. Great product and people. Call them see what they can do.

Cut the rod off just above the model number so they know what rod you had. Send it to PO Box 177 Demoplis AL 36732 with a 15 dollar money order and a return address and they will replace it. I have done it 3 times!!!!!

Good rods but they will break!

I bought mine from BPS online and tip insert came out took it in and walked out with a brand new one. Without receipt I don't know but if they have a record of it no problem in my experience.

In my experience you have to buy the gear guard at BPS to get anything covered outside of the normal warranty period offered by them which is 30 days I believe. Anything after that without a receipt would go through the manufacturer.

Before you hack it call Duckett first... (334) 287-0138 then press 1....whoever answers let them know your dilemma...they will take care of it from there....thanks!

have replaced 2 this way. Have 2 more that need replacing. They will take care of you for $15.00.

Are you supposed to get some sort of receipt after submitting the warranty card? Just curious , as I submitted mine a couple months ago and haven't heard anything.

I never submitted a warranty card. Ordered mine from Tackle Warehouse. Broke one on a hook set and one swinging a fish to the boat. Called customer service and told the lady what happened. Cut off the piece of rod and shipped it with the $15.00 money order like she instructed, and they shipped me a new one both times. No problems. They will take care of you.
