Getting a new boat here soon and I'm going to want three baitcasters and one spinning reel to be rigged and ready. I have one Bait caster and one spinning reel I'm just looking for good eqipment and spending about $250 on each set up. Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks, Hunter Neill.

Ducketts for rods and lews for reels. May be closer to 300 stick to white ice on rod and tournament series on lews.

If you are going to go the Curado route, look online for the E series. I hear the new G series are not very good. You may also want to use the search feature on the TFF with the subject of your post. You will get about infinty number of hits. You can search through that for more answers than you will get in one thread.

Opinions are like.... everyone has one.

Kistler KLX and Lews or Abu Garcia gen3 Revos for the reels.

Will run closer to $300 for a combo, but will worth it.

Kistler- Falcon Rods- OR go crazy and get GLX G Looms
It may take time to get what feels best for you. That's part of the game.
