Great thing you're doing here dad! I'm almost 45 years old and still remember those days when I was a little kid and fishing with my dad. You're building some great memories that will last a lifetime. GOOD ON YOU DAD!

I went this morning solo to try a main lake point in the wind. Didn't catch anything over 8 lbs. I gotta get some casting rods for this kind of fishing for sure and make some better rod holders. It would have been pretty sporty out there in a boat on the main lake. It was an awesome day for bank fishing today anyways, I just wished I would have went back to where I was Monday instead. I'm starting to like this banking stuff a bit.
