I got into a few bass during our camping trip on the Red River. I got one of them on video chasing my grub to the surface (I yanked it out of its mouth) and swallowing it, looked pretty sweet. I was using a white/chartreuse T-rigged grub.

What part of the red where you fishing?

Was this on the Texas/Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana stretch of the Red?

Sure doesnt look like Red River in pool 4 or 5......lol, That thing is rolling and muddy!!

Texas/Oklahoma border, between 15-25 miles down from Texoma. Great stretch of river to paddle and camp on, just have to find an island because it's all private property.

Cool, i have always wondered how the bass fishing is down river.

There's a lot of shallow parts. You couldn't have gotten a boat to where we were unless it was an air boat. We had to drag the kayaks through some spots as you can see in the video. We had to navigate down it in the dark because it took us longer than we thought... I was spotting 4-6 foot gar with my headlamp and then having to get out and wade in it at night. Pretty eerie but it was real fun.
