I've never launched from Little Elm. Are there navigation issues to worry about when navigating to/from Little Elm's public ramp? I am going crappie fishing... smile

Yes. There are a lot of trees to the north and south. If running south between the trees and east bank there is a shallow hump or old road bed. Once past that you can run along the east bank to the mouth of cottonwood creek. From the mouth of cottonwood, to the dam their is a lot of submerged trees.

they also have a ramp fee. go slow, there are a lot of stumps about lower unit high.
