...or is that even possible? Yesterday, the theme was pork. The girlfriend and I made grilled bone-in pork chops over smoked gouda mac n cheese, topped with bacon sautéed green beans and a sausage-stuffed jalapeño wrapped in bacon. Then, I topped everything with a cherry demi glace. I also added some grilled shrimp wrapped in bacon on skewers. Cheat day...success.

Looks good, but thats your cheat day? Yikes...maybe thats why I could stand to lose a few, cause we have stuff like that all the time. (Not as good looking as this, of course)

Looks good, but thats your cheat day? Yikes...maybe thats why I could stand to lose a few, cause we have stuff like that all the time. (Not as good looking as this, of course) I have to start cracking down before summer....the macaroni definitely isn't diet friendly.
