 Any tips for banking Waco right now?

I just got back from Speegleville Park, and I also tried under the 84 bridge on the South Bosque and got skunked. I tried Hog Creek Friday afternoon and also got skunked. I've had pretty good luck when I've gone with a friend of mine on his boat though. Last weekend and the middle of last week produced 25, but I just can't seem to catch any crappie unless I'm on a boat. Maybe I'm going at the wrong times? or just bad locations?
