When its on any number and you switch to mom it constantly runs. How do you fix it?

Check the momentary switch on the pedal, the one you step on.

When my MG did it, the switch was bad. They were so cheap, I bought two. Also have a spare prop, nut and shaft keeper cus those things come loose if you don't check them often! Usually, during a tournament

Mine is doing the EXACT same thing. Walked into the garage last night and it was running on high speed. I am replacing the switch on mine tonight and if that doesn't fix it, then I will replace the variable speed mechanism (ok, I won't, bust Southwest Parts will)

if it is a min kota the switch you step on is powered by a magnet. sometimes the magnet gets too close and it will not go off, just move the magnet back
