The wife wants to go fishing tomorrow so I was wondering where a good place would be to put her on some fish. I have a 10' pelican with a 40# motor. Thanks for any info!

Good luck, we fished today and drew a smallie and one LMB. Everyone we talked to could not get on a pattern. Maybe tomorrow will be better, good luck.

I have a buster boat and have put in there and fished those trees. One of the biggest crappie I ever caught came from there.

Fish are shallow. Caught 31 today and we messed around too deep for a while before we started catching. Caught 1 female that was spawned out. All other full of eggs. Look shallow in coves and what not, females hanging tight to structure. Males were spread out.

Owl creek is not the place to be with a stiff south wind. Went to other side of lake to Mc Gregor park and only caught a 3' gar. Ended up below the dam with a couple bass and the biggest sun perch I have ever seen.

I saw the trees waving to me at the house, killed any desire to hit the lake. Maybe this week will be better
