I am just curious to hear what people think about what percent of the bass have spawned this year for lake in northeast and east tx (fork, twok, Tyler, Athens, Palestine ect.). This weather has been weird for late winter and springand I am guessing a big portion haven't moved up. Curious others responses

40 to 50%, after next full moon probably around 75% will have spawned IMO

I think 60% of the ones that are going to spawn have , some of the early fish probably didn't end up spawning due to the weird weather patterns when they were ready

From how many are left on rayburn and toledo and temps were only 65 today on toledo, im guess there is a good month of spawning left on fork

In the ponds in north DFW I would say 80% have yet to spawn. Everything is still fat. I've only caught 2 skinny fish so far.

I've fished 4 of the 5 you have listed in the past few months.

I think most fish up north on Palestine did their thing in Jan-Feb. Probably going good down south though.

Tyler had 'em pretty good on the beds last month, but I bet there's another wave coming.

I think Fork is just getting started good, I only caught one last weekend I'd say was post spawn, saw a few beds.

Tawakoni 2 weeks ago, all fish I caught looked fat and about ready to spawn.

Conroe: 70% or more have spawned...Just a guess. It's usually warmer down here.

30% have on eagle i think the big wave will be next week to weekend on all lakes

Alan Henry: There might not be a single fish in the lake that has even thought about spawning yet. Then again, it did snow Wednesday morning....

Guesss everyones's numbers may need re- interpreted. Question should perhaps been what is % of this years total bass spawns that have occurred so far....not % of Bass.

Just caught a buck bass bedded on fry that I confirmed is the same buck bass I caught a month ago on same bed with another bunch of fry then.

He must be the 'Hugh Hefner' of bass. Didn't see or catch his Miss Bass March or Miss Bass April.

I think a big wave moved up on Granbury today. Caught mostly male bass earlier in the week.

Fished Purtis Creek last Sat. In all the wind and today on a perfect day. Surface temp mid day was 64-68. Have not seen 1 bass on the beds or smaller fry swimming around. Hoping it isn't over and maybe there will be more action with the full moon in a couple a weeks. Timing a vacation to hit the spawn was more of a miss than a hit this time.
