Just finished the install and I'm having issues with one of the pumps. I'm getting a blinking red LED. The pump worked OK while I was priming it but now does not function and just has a flashing red light and sometimes a solid red light.

The other blade pump is working fine and is bright green. Both pumps at this point are the only thing hooked up to my Optima cranking battery. Connections are fine, and battery is fully charged. Don't think it's a power issue because the other pump is perfect. I've disconnected the power connection and re-connected multiple times and it goes straight to a red light.

Any suggestions? Do these pumps fail right out of the box like Lowrance products?

Did you try to operate the up and down switch at the pump? I have had mine blink red before and I had to operate it at the pump, not remote, to get back to green and start working...

If that don't help call customer service at Power Pole tomorrow they will walk you through it... I have installed my last three and never any issues.

yeah. I'm not even at the remote control stage yet. I cant get the one pump to function when pressing the buttons right on the pump.

IDK
But sometimes it's just easier to pay someone to install things for the hassle factor.
Sorry Dan. Lol
Good luck

The only time a red light has flashed on mine is when the battery got low. But that don't sound like your problem.

So the Bluetooth connection sync's up to the droid on the good pump but not the other. I'm betting its a bad pump

I bought my power poles from Hydrilla Gear and they were at my door in two days. Call Power Pole or whoever you bought them from and see if they can overnight you one, or if they have a retailer near you that they can talk to about swapping it out. Worth a shot...

Hope it works out...

Red light indicates low voltage... Just went through the whole saga on mine this week. It was blinking red and wouldn't work, so I wired them to a different battery. Still didn't work. The second call I made to JL Marine they told me to take off the cap and unplug the ribbon wire for the C-Monster and see if the remote would work. If it did, it was just the C-Monster system, not the pump. Well... mine was the pump. They did overnight me one though!
