I can't tell from the picture. Channels will have a rounded anal fin with up to 30 rays, while blues will have an straight anal fin with square edges and more than 30 rays. TPWD blue cat page TPWD channel catfish page

It is a blue. Like stated above, look at the anal fin for good id. On a channel it will be rounded, on a blue it will be straight. Nice fish btw, congrats. Did you get a weight?
