You might post this on the GrangerGang.com Forum. There are a lot of Granger catfish fishermen there that do not surf here. Who is putting on the tourney?

Is there a stringer limit that can be brought to the weigh in table? If you have a two man team they can bring in 50 legally but a four man team can bring in 100 fish?

After what I have been catching this year, to think of a catfish tournament on granger is almost comical. I could put my 3 smallest ones I caught last weekend on the table and win the tournament

What's so comical about it? Each lake is different. Granger aint no Tawakoni, but there are some big fish in it. My biggest out there is only 17 lbs. but now of 30s and 40s caught out there by bankfisherman.

I know granger well, I've fished it since '94. And yes, I have caught a 20 lb in it. But that is not a lake for a catfish tourney. In the last 2 months alone I have caught 30 over 20 lbs, 3 over 30 lbs, 2 over 40 lbs. And thats only on 4 trips.

Yes, a catfish tourney at granger is comical. Bet 20 lbs will win it.

yes any one can catch fish on jug line, or trot lines. Why not a catfish tournament,I have10 teams already that would be $175.00 for 20lbs , at easy money

Come on out and show us how it's done. Any pics of your recent catches? Everyone here loves to see big fish.

Did you win any tournaments on your 4 previous trips? If not i say you have 2 choices. Either go back and practice on those lakes or since you are so good on Granger, win the comical tourney and show us all how it's done. All lakes are different and each has it's own challenges but to pat yourself on the back about how good you did on one lake has no relevance to any other lake.
