anybody have any experience with the tx series tritons? i believe they were discontinued in 05 but it is a bass boat w/o carpet, it has the floor like in center console bay boats

Prefer carpet..the only way to go!

my friend had one without the carpet I really like it, it was very nice when is came to cleaning it, just scrub and spray it out... I have carpet in my boat and like that also

It's a TR21. I assume it's an X series. I don't think they made the X in 2001. The X series is probably the best boat Triton ever made. They were offered without carpet, preferrd by some that fished around salt water. I think the lack of carpet will hurt its resale to pure bass fishermen, but it's a good boat.

You know little of Tritons. Wrong No...you are wrong actually. TX is the same as TR except wiring and no carpet. It's comparable to ranger'a intercostal series

My boat is a Tx-21. It is probably exactly like a Tr-21 but it has the non-skid surface like saltwater center consoles do. I have had boat carpeted bass boats and non-skid CC boats in the past. I prefer the non-skid. It doesn't stain, catch hooks, rot or gather odors.
I think they made the Tx-21 from 99 to 01 but I am not 100% sure. Triton has made it off and on since then but I don't think it's available brand new today.
I still don't know what Ryane wanted. LOL!
